  • We work with the Sheriff's Departments in the Capital District to facilitate their involvement in the removal of your tenants.  We also work with them in the acquisition of the funds that you may be granted by a court.
  • We acquire index numbers for evictions; we retrieve Transcripts of Judgments in Landlord/Tenant and Small Claims cases. We of course file the completed Affidavits of Services for all the papers we serve.

    • Because our Main Office is located in Schenectady, New York, we accompany our Landlords to the hearings in Schenectady City Court.

    We provide document preparation services.

    We do same day service for your convenience.
