I affirm that the information provided in this document is accurate and that if in the event that the case is dismissed due to the information provided, I will hold Ideal Legal Support Services, LLC., and its Members or Representatives harmless if the case is dismissed. The Client agrees that information obtained and provided to the Client will be used for legal purposes such as to obtain an eviction or to recover a judgment against an individual or an entity or to ascertain the viability of the employment and/ or tenancy of one or more individuals. Client further agrees that it will hold Ideal Legal Support Services, LLC and its Members or Representatives harmless from whatever action or actions the Client takes with the information provided to the Client by Ideal Legal Support Services, LLC and its Members or Representatives. Although we have Attorney’s on staff or retainer, not all services provided by Ideal Legal Support Services, LLC or its Members or Representatives are performed by an Attorney, thus those services are performed under the direction of the Client.
